Jim Anderton

Founder, Executive Chairman

Jim Anderton, B.A, M.B.A., Ph.D., Managing Member – Executive Chairman and founder, is responsible for banking and investor relationships. He also directs the receiver, financial, and legal activities of the company. Jim is a licensed Michigan Associate Real Estate Broker and Krimson Property Management is licensed as a Michigan Real Estate Broker and Residential Builder.

Steve Calverley

Chief Executive Officer

Steve Calverley, B.A., Managing Member – Chief Executive Officer, is responsible for the day-to-day operations and leadership of the company. He is also responsible for directing the location, vetting, and acquisition of apartment properties. He holds construction and real estate-related certifications from multiple states, the National Association of Homebuilders, and the National Association of Realtors. Steve is a licensed Michigan Real Estate Broker.

David Emdin

SVP of Asset Management

David Emdin, B.A., Member - Senior Vice President of Asset Management, is responsible for the financial oversight of all Krimson Apartment, Office, and Retail properties. In this capacity he focuses on financial performance improvement, budgeting, asset maintenance/capital improvement needs, and financing matters. David is also responsible for Krimson’s Insurance Coverage Management and has direct oversight of all Krimson’s West Michigan Office and Retail properties. David is a licensed Michigan Associate Real Estate Broker.

Amy Jarrad-Wibert

SVP and Chief Financial Officer

Amy Jarrad-Wibert, B.A., Member - Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer. She and the other members of our accounting and financial group are responsible for the accurate and timely publication of property balance sheets, income statements, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger accounting, and banking matters. This group also works with CPA and audit firms regarding year-end reports and tax filings.

Keven Kiefer

SVP of Operations

Keven Kiefer, B.A., Member – Senior Vice-President of Operations. He is responsible for management oversight of all apartment and condominium properties managed by Krimson. He focuses on strategic planning and goal-setting and directs the apartment and condominium operations of the company in support of its goals. Keven is a licensed Michigan Associate Real Estate Broker and holds the CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) designation.

Glenn Prinzing

SVP of Construction

Glenn Prinzing, B.S., Member - Senior Vice-President of Construction. In this capacity, he is responsible for the efficient scheduling of the maintenance staff and assuring that the work is completed in a quality manner. Glenn is a Michigan Licensed Builder and uses his degree in Building Construction Management to also manage estimating and construction oversight for Krimson.

Barbara Witkowska

SVP and Chief Administrative Officer

Barbara Witkowska, B.A., M.A., Member - Senior Vice-President and Chief Administrative Officer. She and her staff are responsible for assuring the availability of communication capabilities between our clients and Krimson associates. Barbara also provides website maintenance services to Krimson clients and partners.
